PRESCRIPTION, RECEIPT REQUEST:

To get a copy of your current Rx or receipt, you may email info@geteyeexam.com . Use "Rx Request" or "Receipt Request" in the email subject line. Please include your name, date of birth, which Rx, and where to send it. Request must be made by the patient unless he is a minor. Please note that we do not release prescription if your exam was more than a year ago as it has already expired. We do not process those requests on the spot as our front desk is scheduled to help already scheduled appointments; we will response within 24-48 hours, but up to 15 days .
